Newbie Affiliate Marketing

Ok well this is the 2nd month of my earning’s statement post. This month was slightly better than the first. I actually got my first advertiser this month on my own without have to go thru a company like adengage.com or the likes. So that was a great milestone. I still am making nothing from adbrite or adsense. I know traffic plays a huge part with those two so I am going to try to drive more traffic this month. I spent last month doing SEO stuff, link building and directory submissions. So I think it is time to switch gears and drive as much quality traffic as possible. I want to double the traffic I produced this month in the month of December.

Note: These earning do not include what I have earned for the month with paid surveys. The reason I do not post what I have made from paid surveys for the month is some surveys you take do not close out for up to 4 weeks after you finish the survey. You may not see the credit for that survey for a few weeks later. If I had to guess I probably made about $100.00 this month taking paid surveys if you want go ahead and add that figure to the below.

Anyhow below is what I earned with this blog in November.

Novmeber 2008

Google Adsense: $1.15

Adbrite: .31

Affiliate Marketing: $6.23

Ad space: $10.00 (reoccurring)

CIAO.com: .52 (just signed up with them last day in November)

Total For November 2008: $18.21

For December I would like to double this output and break the $40.00 mark. Man I am grinding it out. CIAO.com may be a decent earner for me I will post a review on this service shortly.
