Hey everyone. New Years Eve s here and I know a bunch of us are going to stay in with our friends and family but many of us are going to go out. Please be smart. If your going to drink DO NOT drive. Have a friend come along with is not drinking and have them do the driving tonight.

Also be on the look out for other drivers. When I am on the road I am not so much concerned about myself as I am with other drivers. Anyhow be safe. Hopefully 2009 brings us many joys.  I plan to focus more on writing about making money thru paid surveys than writing about network marketing. paid surveys seems to be my bread and butter and I have a better grasp on that so far than I do network marketing and affiliate marketing.

I still will be posting on affiliate marketing since I am making some headway there….I think, lol but  it will all be from a newbies perspective (hey that is what this blog is about). Maybe if I ever became a super affiliate I’d pass this blog on to somewhat else. But for now I will write about my beginning stages of affiliate marketing, driving traffic and everything in between.

Any online business will require traffic. This is why so many webmasters invest so much money in promotion & advertising the links to their sites. Profits can only come from people who visit the site and purchase something. This is why it is quite critical for any business to capture its target market. Unless you attract the right visitors to your site, all your efforts will be wasted.

Guaranteed sign ups are quite appealing to many Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) professionals (newbies and veterans alike) because of the promise to bring forth hundreds or thousands of people who will signup for any free offers of the business site.

Guaranteed signups can be quite advantageous because of several reasons:

- The people who complete the signup process can be converted into the business’ target market. This will now be up to the program’s offer or presentation made to the signups. And because they have tried network marketing once then they are going to be more receptive to listening to an opportunity in the industry than someone simply shopping for a home business. Can you see how powerful this is.

Remember though, they are more likely to be more prudent the second time around so it’s not just a matter of putting your offer out there and expecting a rush of sign ups. You need to show them that you’re different than their last sponsor and you need to give the the value and how to they are seeking.

Other Hot MLM Prospects

There’s at least two other groups well worth targeting. They are those people researching your opportunity. In other words, people in research mode and looking at network marketing as a vehicle to take them to their ultimate goals.

People in research mode are in a buying frame of mind. They are looking at possibilities and will be receptive to opportunities which catch their interest. They need to be put towards the top of a network marketing lead generation campaign because of this buying mood.

These people are likely those tired of the daily 9-5 grind, who want to spend more time with their families and who just want to improve their financial position. They will have come across network marketing opportunities and looked at them in the past but for one reason or another, weren’t quite satisfied with what they saw.

They are in the main, actually not really looking for the opportunity but they will be searching for the right person to join.
